There’s no doubt that Mercedes has been the leader in automotive excellence ever since the company founder Karl Benz invented the car. The S-Class in particular has been the preferred choice for buyers looking for a distinct form of luxury and comfort offered in a well-packaged bundle that has a history of reliability and excellence. It has been that way since the 1970s, and the same seems to continue even into the future regardless of the competition offered by fresher models.
The Mercedes-Benz S-Class is typically available in three body styles: coupe, sedan and convertible. All are available also for 2017, however, the latter has already been released and has been an internet sensation for some weeks now thanks to its exciting features and technologies that it promises to offer. The S-Class Cabriolet, for starters, is the 6th variant of the current family of what constitutes the S-Class lineup. For 2017, it promises to offer a cutting-edge technologies, and an exclusive, distinct, and sensual design.
This is what Ola Kallenius, Board Member of Daimler AG, Mercedes-Benz Cars Sales had to say of the 2017 Mercedes-Benz S-Class Cabriolet, “the new model is representative of the passion Mercedes has always been part of from the very beginning, and which we share with our customers at every turn of the model year. And after slightly four decades, we’re once again offering our brand’s aficionados an open-top car in the S-Class.”
We can go on and on about what the S-Class Convertible offers, but the bottom line remains – it is the ultimate solution for comfort, and innovativeness. It’ll be interesting to see how it fares in the market given the availability of other well-rounded rivals. Away from the Convertible and to other news making headlines – Mercedes is yet to offer news of the Mercedes-Benz S-Class Maybach, which was offered last year exclusively for the US and Chinese market. More updates on the Maybach will be offered soon.
