2017 Nissan Sentra Release Date, Review and Specs

2017 Nissan Sentra Review

New technologies and features are available on the 2017 Nissan Sentra in pizzazz. It is a respectable small sedan that offers admirable fuel economy ratings, and spacious interior accommodations. Its trunk is spacious, the braking good, and offers a ton of infotainment features – all these and many more for a reasonable price. The Nissan Sentra release date should be expected sometime in the first quarter of 2017.

True, there’s nothing flashy about the new 2017 Nissan Sentra, however, there plenty of reason to fall in love with it. To wit, it offers abundance of functionality in terms of cargo and passenger space. In fact, Nissan says the backseat space offered is best-in-class relative to other rivals in its class.

It may lack a thrilling driving character, no doubt, but it offers impressive fuel economy and is generally unobtrusive. Most sites gave the previous Sentra a “B” rating which means it was generally a good car, not excellent or that bad per se. the Nissan Sentra 2017 isn’t likely to change the ratings, but we’d like to adopt the “wait n see” approach at the moment as there’re quite a number of features that Nissan has kept under wraps for now.

The exterior styling judging from the available spy pictures show a slight redesign vehicle that is sleeker and modern than before. The 2017 Nissan Sentra interior, on the other hand, is something to write home about. It has been revised and now sports several new technologies and materials. The spotty material quality conspicuously present on the outgoing model have been replaced with newer and upscale ones.

In terms of performance, Nissan says the new model retains its appetite at the pump with EPA expecting the new model to check in at between 30-34 mpg in combined city/highway cruising. Quite apparently, the Nissan Sentra 2017 is a nice alternative to other vehicles in its class in some respects but a poor choice in others. For those who subscribe to the latter school of thought, there are a couple of worthy rivals to sample out. They include the Mazda 3, Hyundai Elantra, and the Honda Civic.
