The Ford Atlas 2017 concept was availed to showcase what buyers and enthusiasts alike should expect of its fuel efficiency, design, and smart technologies that are expected to be the defining attributes of most of future Ford pickup trucks. “With almost four decades as America’s best-selling pickup, we are absolutely committed to redefining the formula of future Ford products through modern innovation and engineering,” said Raj Nair, Ford group president, Global Product Development. “And with the new Ford Concept at hand, our fans should expect nothing short of a completely transformed pickup that is a true reflection of the future ambitions Ford is gearing towards making a reality.”

All these designs are expected to contribute immensely to the Atlas’ tough image.
“Every feature and surface in the vehicle has been designed for capability and purpose while still retaining the Ford tough look that has been an unmistakable emblem in all existing Ford cars,” says J Mays, Ford group chief creative officer and vice president. It is our hope that the Ford Atlas production version will meet customer’s personal and professional worlds.”
