Under the hood of the vehicle, the old 5.4L V8 engine is going to be replaced with a new set of engines. Despite lacking the exact details, the most likely engine will be the 3.8L twin-turbocharged V6 that is going to be derived from the GT-R model.
The engine will easily make around 440 hp and 430 pounds of torque. According to well-placed sources, the improved transmission set to grace the performance specs will help reduce the fuel consumption ratings by around 30%.
