2016 Kia Sorento Release Date, Review, Colors, MSRP Price – It can be tough to be at the middle as titular Malcom would attest. And yet, the new 2016 Kia Sorento which is set to be released, and all models before it have managed to beat all odds by occupying the middle ground between mid-size Sports Utility Vehicles and compact ones.
For 2016 year, the new and redesigned Sorento will continue to carry the mantle of tradition. The upcoming Sorento is regarded as a likely alternative to the smaller and compact SUV’s most notably the Toyota RAV4, while still being a popular choice for larger and more sophisticated family SUV’s like the Toyota Highlander.
The vehicle will still score highly given its five and seven seat configurations set to challenge mid-size crossovers such as the Ford Edge. The changes that will come in the new vehicle will go beyond just the interior and cargo volume. As a matter of fact, those changes are negligible in comparison to those in the driving refinement and interior design.
In a nut shell, there will be extensive use of high-quality materials. The interior designers were generous to give high-tech features that are only exclusive to pricier SUV’s. Furthermore, there will be mechanical improvements which include a strengthened structure, improved steering and an upgraded suspension system.
Despite the fact that we’ve only driven the upcoming 2016 Kia Sorento briefly, it won’t take long to be impressed by it. The forthcoming Kia Sorento is a strong, value-rich alternative to conventional 5-passenger crossovers like the Hyundai Santa Fe Sport, Ford Edge, and 2017 Jeep Grand Cherokee.
