The previous G37 vehicle was a car made to rival the luxurious Japanese rivals and even the BMW 3 Series. It was one of the more luxurious vehicles that came from the production line of Infiniti. The Q50 is actually the first attempt in making a major redo of the car and start with everything from scratch again. This is a very ambitious endeavor as Infiniti brings sportiness into the mix with the Q50 vehicle.

The car does aim to rival the ATS and IS vehicles but it actually comes a little bit longer in dimensions than those cars are, but it is also half the size larger than the BMW 5 Series and XJ Jaguar vehicle. Although it manages to outshine the competition with its size it can be said that it manages to achieve that with the luxury, although it tries immensely and pose a decent setup in fact. The pictures are there as proof, and if you want more details keep reading the review about the 2016 Infiniti Q50.

Design wise, the 2016 Infiniti Q50 manages to make a leap when compared to the G37 vehicle it replaces. It may be larger than its main competition but it is in fact much more compact to them. A great difference is made with the new striking looking sheetmetal. The vehicle is much more adventurous looking than the Q70 and curvaceous than the G37 car and it that sense offers a great design. The sensuality of the vehicle is amped up with the exaggerated curves the vehicle receives. The changes at front feature some boomerang brackets around the grille but it does come in a hourglass shape which is much more cohesive with the silhouette of the car and does not resemble that much the look fo Lexus IS, although obviously being inspired by it in that sense.

The front gives you a perfect combination and a perfect balance of an aggressive but smooth styling. The double arched grille is combined well with the all-LED lighting details and bolsters the style of the car in great fashion. The stance is a bit different now as it is wider and yet lower than the G Sedan. When you view the vehicle from the side you then see the added creasing and the details paid to the surfaces as the fender line starts at the front and continues all the way to the sides and kind of a fade back at the A-pillars. Infiniti says that this idea was inspired by things seen in nature as these liens resemble the movement of waves.

The inside of the 2016 Infiniti Q50 has a luxury inside as well. The sweeping theme of the car manages to go throughout the cars dash and goes down through the controls as it runs down to the console of the car. There is a distinctive asymmetry to the car which actually helps everything look sportier and makes everything seem a bit more cockpit like.
