2016 Cadillac SRX Release Date, Msrp, Price, Review – The new 2016 Cadillac SRX is set to debut adoring a classy cabin design, abundant safety and luxury features, balanced handling, and ride comfort. Its release date should be expected in the 4th Q of this year.
Generally, the new 2016 SRX is essentially a carryover from the previous model and features very minimal recognizable changes. For almost five years now, the SRX has been Cadillac’s entry-level crossover and has apparently done well in most aspects. Additionally, it has been received well and is currently the best-selling model in the entire Cadillac line-up.
However, the rivalry hasn’t been sitting pretty waiting for the SRX to make its debut. And the vehicle will encounter a fierce battle staged by non-other than its traditional foes. The new 2016 Cadillac SRX comes with plenty of luxury features and is choke full of new technology nitty-gritties as well, to its credit.
We have found that the SRX rear headroom is wanting, while the outward visibility isn’t something worth to brag about. More unsettling, though, is the retention of the CUE electronics interface which is rather sluggish. Fortunately, the automaker has plans of upgrading it to the Android Auto and Apple CarPlay for in car smartphone capability. Other cars highly recommended as an alternative to the SRX include the Volvo XC60 for 2016, the 2016 Acura RDX, and the Audi Q5.
