2016 Audi Q3 Release Date, MSRP Price, Review, Interior, Specs – What the biggest advantages of the 2016 Audi Q3 is that it is a compact luxury SUV with some great characteristics and specs, yet it does not offer ample interior space nor is it too fuel efficiently. Yet with the newest release of the Q3 vehicles Audi is hoping that the advantages will outweigh the disadvantages and that the car will become a useful addition to its lineup. The 2016 model is a really good one but will it make it in the sense as the people from Audi are hoping it would.
The Audi Q3 is a pretty nice compact crossover SUV and has been added to the Audi’s flock only last year. With its second update it will be a much better car but will it be able to rival the cars from the segment which are much larger in size. This is the smallest utility vehicle that Audi is offering and it may not offer the most amount of spacing that most vehicles provide but it will try to make up with other characteristics that the car has.
The car has a very nice look as it sports a standard Audi shape which is a very pleasant one and is a very good choice for all of the vehicles that come from Audi. The beauty of the car cannot be denied as its looks are perhaps one of the things that goes in its favor. The car is going to be released as of next year as a 2016 model and here you may see the exclusive pictures of the car and find out everything that you need to know in this review.
2016 Audi Q3 exterior
The exterior look of the 2016 Audi Q3 is perhaps its greatest feature. It is nothing too overtly dramatic nor does it sport some styling cues that are considered revolutionary. It is a car which has a typical Audi style and some toned down features. It actually looks like a much smaller Q5 car as it borrows many parts from its brethren. Styling a crossover car which has a smaller shape like this one is not particularly easy to do and to make it look well. But the people from Audi have managed to achieve this in the greatest sense possible. As there are many constraints that come with the design of this car, they have pulled it off to respond well to all of it. The car has emerged very well and will be of great use to most of the people.
The 2016 model has received only a few updates compared with the previous version. For instance, the front and the back part of the car have suffered the most amount of changes, if we can call them like that. The grille is still the all-consuming Audi one that is seen on most of the vehicles that come out of the Audi production line, and it enables the front part of the car to dip further to the ground. Around it there are fairly big headlights that are enhanced with fairly large air intakes as well. The sides then gradually climb up to the roofline and give a coupe like look to the Q3 car. The glass is slimmer and the overall look is stubby and with the added wraparound tailgates and LED taillamps it concludes the design well.
The inside of the car, particularly the cockpit do not suffer from some faults that other Audi vehicles come by. Yet it cannot be denied that the 2016 Audi Q3 lacks some interior spacing. The materials and finishes that are used inside this vehicle are as good as in any luxury car and actually make up in a good way for the lack of interior spacing which provides a better comfort level. The dash has been designed using some hard plastic surfaces and combines with a metallic trim as well. The thing that stands out the most is the navigation and multimedia system that is the main part of the dashboard.
This car also comes with a standard Audi’s MMI system, but there is a key difference here as the lack of space on the dash also meant that there needed some changes to be added. it does not come with a roller controller but a knob on the dash. To some it may be a large change if you are too used to the previous one and may take a while to adapt to the new kind of a sue in this vehicle. The smaller spacing does not affect the display so much and actually makes everything perfect and look very good. The car makes up for the lack of space in a good way and responds well with the adapted tech and comfort levels, but will it be enough for some fans.
For the US market, the Audi Q3 will come with only one engine option. It will use a turbocharged and direct-injected 2.0-liter four-cylinder that provides 200-horsepower and 207 pound-feet of torque. It will make use of a six-speed automatic transmission and will also be fitted with a Audi’s ubiquitous all-wheel drive which comes optional for an added price of $2,100. The Q3 also has fine acceleration ability as it can spring to 60 mph in 8 seconds flat and has the capacity of attaining a 180 mph top speed as well.
