2016 Audi A4 Release Date, Msrp, Specs, Price – The new 2016 Audi A4 will lose its top of the range Prestige trim level, therefore resulting in some changes and reshuffles for the remaining two trims. Coming standard on the Premium trim are heated mirrors and a three-spoke steering wheel, however adaptive cruise control will not feature in any A4 upon their release.
The A4 is certainly a statesman in terms of entry-level luxury sedan segment, as it is still based on the previous model’s design. And if you pay close attention, you’ll notice that the A’4’s spec sheet has come of age, for instance, you won’t find Bluetooth connectivity or a USB port on any A4.
This is because these features are routinely provided in economy cars these days, let alone luxury sedans. You will notice that the A4 also doesn’t offer a diesel engine. Thankfully, the car comes with other appealing aspects about the A4. To wit, the driving experience is compliant and quiet, yet the AWD A4’s can assuredly be athletic in spirited driving.
As appealing and elegant as the A4 is, it’s almost unusual to ignore the perfection of its competitors. The usual suspects obviously being the Mercedes Benz C-Class and BMW 3 series, with both the vehicles providing a greater selection of engines and features.
